Product Manager – Care Delivery (Digital Health)

About the Role:We are seeking aProduct Managerto support the successful delivery of initiatives within our digital Care Delivery team. This is a highly collaborative role, ideal for someone who thrives oncross-functional coordination,structured discovery, and executing initiatives that support clinicians and internal teams. You’ll work closely with engineering, design, and internal stakeholders to develop and improve tools that directly impact patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities Drive the execution of product initiatives from ideation through release and iteration.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clinical teams to identify needs and translate them into product solutions.Support clinician-facing tools and internal platforms, improving workflows and usability.Coordinate across engineering, design, and business teams to align on goals and timelines.Gather and integrate structured feedback from internal users and stakeholders to inform product decisions. Must Have: 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager working withdigital products.Background or domain knowledge inhealthcare or telehealth platforms.Experience building or supportingclinician-facing toolsorinternal task management systems.Strong project management andexecution skills, with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple initiatives.Proven experience working withcross-functional teams. Nice to have: Experience working with EHR systems, scheduling tools, or care coordination platforms.Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare industry standards.Prior work with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
