Used daily by the largest contractors in North America, Clue replaces fragmented tools with one powerful platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on solving real-world complexity—and shipping fast. Key Responsibilities: – Own product roadmap and delivery for key modules – Translate business needs into detailed user stories, wireframes, technical specs, and workflows in JIRA – Conduct discovery with equipment managers, operators, and back-office teams to shape the right solutions – Collaborate with engineering to scope and ship features fast, without sacrificing quality – Test features, validate logic using SQL, and lead internal QA/UAT – Monitor adoption and usage, iterate quickly based on feedback – Ensure integrations with systems like Viewpoint Vista, HCSS, and VisionLink are intuitive and reliable Requirements: – 5+ years in a product management role at a SaaS company – Fantaical attention to user experience and high quality user interfaces – Experience working with heavy construction companies or related industries – Familiar with construction tech systems like Viewpoint Vista, Spectrum, JDE, HCSS, or similar – Strong technical background: confident reading/writing SQL, working with APIs, debugging data issues – Proficient with JIRA, Confluence, and spec writing – Super active user of GPT and other AI/LLM tools for productivity – Excellent communicator—able to distill complex needs into simple, actionable plans – Strong sense of ownership and urgency Nice to Have: – Prior experience in CMMS, ERP, telematics, or fleet software – Background in dispatching, maintenance, or equipment operations – Experience at a startup or in a fast-moving environment Compensation & Benefits: – Salary: $115K–$150K base, with performance bonus tied to product success – Full healthcare, 401k match up to 8% – 100% remote (U.S. based) – Direct access to CEO and founders – Opportunity to shape a product used by top builders in North America Hiring Process: Our process includes a screening call with technical questions (analytics, SQL), a take-home product task, interviews with a co-founder and team members.
