In this role, you will be focused on the Bank Connect and Verification product portfolio, which are leveraged across several of our top partner merchants. Join us!WHAT YOU'LL DODrive roadmap recommendations in your domain, ensuring adoption across Trustly’s merchant partners, executing flawlessly on 0-to-1 launches and feature optimizationsCreate mockups, write functional specs, create flow charts, write copy, and more to effectively communicate across the organization (especially with our engineers, designers, and other product managers)Communicate both the business and technical rationale behind your product/feature ideasOwn Connect and Verification Solutions roadmaps to increase conversion, drive adoption, and user satisfaction, increasing overall frequency of useDig deep into our data, define and report key product metrics in collaboration with our BI teamProvide product support and train our internal stakeholdersEngage with our merchants to understand how we can improve our products to fit their use cases perfectly and create a seamless user experience for their customersWork with our UX Design and Research team to conduct user research and create compelling UX flowsMonitor industry trends and competitive landscape3+ years of experience in product management Bachelor's degreeProven experience working on Open Banking, account linking, or identity/verification productsFamiliarity with bank account verification methods: micro-deposits, instant verification, credential-based access, etc.Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects while effectively balancing scope, resourcing, time, and qualityA strong sense of ownership and accountability for goals and deliverablesEmpathy for users and a drive to discover and resolve their pain pointsStrong quantitative skillsExcellent critical thinking skillsExceptional written and verbal communicationMeticulous and detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture and time-to-marketExperience at a fast-growing startup in a cross-functional environment is a plusFamiliar with security and identity concepts such as OAuth, WebAuthn, MFA, biometrics, KYC or FIDO is a plus#LI-RemoteSALARY RANGE: $130,000 - $150,000 USD/yr
