You will immerse yourself in our customers’ workflows to translate their needs into scalable, data-driven solutions that deliver significant value and accelerate market adoption of Link Key People in MedTech.What You’ll Do
Product Strategy: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our MedTech segment, ensuring alignment with user needs, market opportunities, and broader company objectivesProduct Execution: Translate MedTech workflows and user needs into scalable, intuitive product solutions powered by structured dataCustomer insight: Be the voice of the customer by leading continuous discovery efforts through interviews, data analysis, and feedback sessions to deeply understand MedTech user pains and needsGo-to-market: Influence commercial activities, positioning, and enablement for product launches and updatesSubject Matter expert: Develop deep subject matter expertise in the MedTech industry, focusing on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement strategies, user data requirements, and critical workflowsPartner with other Link product managers, data leads and engineering teams to achieve best possible results for MedTech customers Requirements
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (in English), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders, from engineers to commercial teams3+ years of product management experience, delivering B2B SaaS or data-driven products from concept to launch. (Experience in consulting is also highly valued)Demonstrated ability to make data-informed product decisions, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to drive product strategy and roadmap executionStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a talent for translating complex qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and clear product requirementsExperience in customer-facing interactions including user interviews, roadmap presentations and support in commercial activitiesNice to Have
In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical domainPrior experience in MedTechPrevious experience working with KOL, HCP, or HCO dataExperience with GenAI, LLM applications and SQLPerks & Benefits
