They are seeking a Product Management Specialist for the Canadian market who will manage the commercialization of global innovations and support Marketing Managers in achieving brand goals.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end‑to‑end Canadian commercialization process for all innovation, renovations, pack updates, and special packsBuild and maintain project trackers, anticipate risks, troubleshoot proactively, and ensure all milestones are met with precisionChampion accuracy by completing item setup documentation and managing product data within internal systemsLiaise with and assist in driving cross-functional alignment across Product Development, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Packaging Development, Marketing, and agency partnersLead local Canadian artwork adaptation across all Personal Care brands, ensuring bilingual compliance, global brand consistency, and on-time approvalsReview claims, copy, ingredients, and regulatory content with exceptional attention to detailPartner with local agencies to deliver final artwork tailored for Canadian consumers, leveraging competitive packaging, claims, trends and consumer feedback to provide actionable recommendationsSupport Marketing Managers with insights gathering competitive reviews, trend monitoring, business analysis and early-stage innovation assessments to inform decisionsContribute to the discussion, analysis and recommendations for product launches, sku prioritizations and discontinuationsManage daily operational requirements including purchase orders, sample ordering, creative routing, courier coordination, and other administrative duties in support of the teamSkillsUniversity degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1–3 years of experience in CPG, Beauty, Personal Care, Packaging or Commercialization rolesExceptionally organized, able to manage a high volume of projects simultaneouslyDemonstrates a strong sense of urgency and consistently strives to deliver high quality workAbility to work independently and meet deadlines with limited supervisionStrong project management skills with the ability to influence across functions and levelsDetail‑obsessed, especially when working with artwork, claims, ingredients, and regulatory copyStrong communicator (written and verbal) capable of navigating global and local stakeholder groupsProficiency with Microsoft Office and TeamsExperience with artwork and routing tools is an assetBilingual (English/French) is an advantageBenefitsComprehensive health and dental coverage starting on day oneWellness Spending AccountCompany-matched pension planBonus eligibilityHybrid work arrangementExcellent training and development programsEducational Assistance & Tuition ReimbursementEmployee Resource Groups (ERGs)Company OverviewChurch & Dwight is a world leader in household and personal care products.
