Your daily tasks include: Working together with the client’s tech and business teams as well as other possible vendors and stakeholders ensuring a successful deliveryCoordinating and leading several teams in an international environment Leading activities for generating new business for Reaktor Supporting the delivery of distributed teams across different time zonesDriving things forward while ensuring value is being produced for our clients You enjoy solving various challenges related to delivery, budgeting, and project management To thrive in this position, you'll need:Experience in delivering results in complex environments (e.g. large clients, several vendors, distributed teams).Practical knowledge of Agile delivery and different project management methodologies. While we are known for our Agile approach, many of our clients are still transitioning.Strong communication skills and experience working with stakeholders on a multinational scale, so you can lead our international multisite projects.Experience working with digital products and services because this is the bread and butter of our offering.Coaching and people skills so you can energize teams and help turn conflicts into a source of trust.Strong facilitation skills so teams can take responsibility and ownership while still getting the help they need.The capability to work effectively both in-person and remotely because we have onsite, remote, and hybrid teams.Fluency in English and preferably DutchWhy join us?For two decades, we’ve been developing qualities and capabilities for adapting, reacting, and supporting change – building Reaktor to hold up in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the well-being of our people.While working at Reaktor, we’ll provide you with: The ability to impact how you work.
