At Welltech, we strive to be proactive wellness partners for our users, while continually evolving ourselves.What We're Looking For:As a Product Growth Manager Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to take a hands-on role in shaping high-impact growth initiatives - directly contributing to revenue growth by enhancing the user journey and optimizing monetization strategies.Challenges you'll meetGenerate hypotheses and innovative ideas to optimize monetization strategies, with a focus on increasing LTV (Life Time Value) and contributing to overall business revenue growthConduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.Work with our internal tools, creating and preparing new payment screens and flows for testingMaintain detailed documentation to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the A/B testing process.Launch and analyze A/B tests to validate your ideas on real users and recommend data-driven improvements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experiences, ensuring a seamless and engaging journey for new usersYour professional qualities6+ months of experience in product management, growth or product marketing in IT companies, or 1.5+ years in Big 4, Audit, VC, Investment Banking, FMCG, or media/creative agenciesBasic understanding of core A/B testing principlesStrong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.High attention to detail, especially in repetitive tasks like test configuration and data validation.Logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills, with a structured, systematic approach.Strong proactive and growth mindset - continuously seeks improvements, takes ownership, and learns from feedback and data.English proficiency at the B2 level or higher for effective communicationWill be a plusQA (Quality Assurance) testing experienceHands-on experience conducting A/B testsFamiliarity with development processes and technologiesExperience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Amplitude, or HotjarCandidate journey⭕️ Recruiter call --> ⭕️ Meet a team member --> ⭕️ Skills assessment--> ⭕️ Meet the Leadership team✨ Why You’ll Love Being Part of Welltech:Grow Together: Join a culture that champions both personal and professional growth.
