The Role: As a Product Expert at Vizcom, you'll be the champion of our innovative AI-powered design tool. Your role is multifaceted: working with the world's leading design teams to teach them how to use Vizcom, while relaying their feedback back to the engineering, product and sales teams. In addition to this, you will test new features, and work closely with design and engineering to help shape and refine features within the tool. A strong focus and understanding of industry workflows is crucial for this role. With your deep understanding of customer needs, you'll help designers harness Vizcom's full potential across various industries.
