Our vision : We're modernising and enhancing the occupational health experience by offering a seamless and personalised journey for members, doctors, and companies through pre-visit preparation, teleconsultations or in-person visits, and follow-up care. ⚡️ High Impact : This aims to establish the company as the leading fully integrated health partner for both members and companies. You’ll work side by side with experienced team members ( Arnaud , Mickael , Constance , Clémence, and more) to build Alan's Occupational offer from 0 to 1, helping us craft the foundations of a product we expect to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees’ health at work. ⭐ Is it you we’re looking for? We seek engineers to help us scale our engineering community from different perspectives (product, tech and internal organisation). You have the opportunity to make a significant impact: You’ll be able to tackle high-impact & high-risk projects involving many stakeholders. You’ll design efficient systems and engineering practices to align with and facilitate interactions between multiple teams/products. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the product direction, mentor other engineers & lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access (more details in this article ). You're the perfect fit if most of this sounds like you: Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French!).
