As a Product Manager at LeadsOnline, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that impact our clients ability to advance their missions. You will collaborate across teams to drive product strategy, development, and success.

Data-driven decision-making skills for roadmap prioritization.
Familiarity with Agile development processes, including backlog management and sprint planning.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive consensus.
Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing or similar product management frameworks.
Background or experience in industries like law enforcement or connected devices (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management (a plus).
