As a Product Manager at LeadsOnline, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering products that impact our clients’ ability to advance their missions. You will collaborate across teams to drive product strategy, development, and success.

As a Product Manager, you will embody these values by:

Outlining Product Roadmaps: Develop and communicate a clear vision and long-term strategy for your product, taking full ownership of its success and ensuring alignment with both team goals and client needs.

This Might Be You If You Have Some of the Following:

Experience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.
A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrix organization.
Data-driven decision-making skills for roadmap prioritization.
Familiarity with Agile development processes, including backlog management and sprint planning.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive consensus.
Knowledge of Pragmatic Marketing or similar product management frameworks.
Background or experience in industries like law enforcement or connected devices (preferred but not required).
Knowledge of hardware lifecycle management (a plus).
