Product Designer (Remote US)

We're looking for a product designer with UX/UI experience in both mobile and web applications to join the founding team and work alongside product-focused serial entrepreneurs. About you • You are excited about startups and new products • You enjoy designing web and mobile apps from the ground up • You know that products are built iteratively, and designs evolve with customer feedback • You are data driven to help you make informed decisions • You care about products that have massive economic impact and have interest in FinTech What we look for • 3+ years of relevant product design experience (ideally in fast growing, product-driven companies) • In depth understanding of the formal elements of design (e.g, colors, typography, proportions, layout, balance) • Examples of your work: workflows, sketches / mockups, wireframes, flow diagrams, all the way down to high-fidelity designs. • Please submit a link to your online portfolio with your application (include a password if applicable) • Demonstrated knowledge of responsive design, aspect ratios, and tradeoffs designing for different screen sizes • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to work as part of a cross-functional agile team and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver quality products on time Benefits • Flexible time off • Equity awards (after working for at least 3 month) • Gym reimbursement • Annual personal development fund • Swanky new work laptop • Work headphones reimbursement • Annual offsites at fun locations Apply tot his job
