Leading software company is looking to hire a Product Designer to their growing team. This is a contract opportunity for someone who likes to work from home!
Pay Rate of the Product Designer:
$49/hr
Responsibilities of the Product Designer:
Continue to develop, maintain, and evolve design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the enterprise product portfolio.
Mature and evolve the Bryte AI brand and design system in partnership with the UX architects, engineers and product teams.
Establish and manage design system documentation, promoting its adoption across product teams.
Collaborate with engineers to integrate design system components into the development process.
Build and maintain cross functional relationships across the UX, product and engineering teams and help drive the adoption of the system.
Partner with the accessibility design team to ensure the Ignite design system continues to uphold a market-leading accessibility standard. Champion an implementation framework for accessibility and inclusion in both the design and development process.
Facilitate regular retrospectives and gather feedback from director-level stakeholders, peers in product design, accessibility and development teams.
Report team and system progress regularly to key stakeholders and using adoption analytics to help inform executive-level decision making and continued investment.
Qualifications of the Product Designer:
Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Figma, Framer, Rive, ProtoPie, Jitter, or similar tools are key.
Portfolio that showcases the design systems you've created or largely contributed to for complex enterprise products, including AI experiences
5+ years of experience designing and launching for both desktop and mobile channels, ideally with SaaS enterprise companies
Deep expertise in designing usable, accessible, and modular systems that can scale to meet the needs and desires for millions of diverse users
Expert in building and maintaining a large-scale Figma library, including experience with Figma variables.
Communicating even complex concepts with clarity - verbally and in writing, in person and virtual.
Comfortable designing for various front-end technologies and frameworks (such as Angular React, Ember, Material, Bootstrap, Ionic).
