Dedicate 30% of your time to hands-on design work in Figma, contributing to high-impact projects and providing clear design direction.
Lead, mentor, and foster the growth of a diverse team of designers, promoting their professional development and excellence.
Establish design processes that balance speed and quality, maintaining high standards and encouraging experimentation.
Develop and implement a cohesive strategy for integrating brand and marketing within our product experience.
Who You'll Work With

As Product Design Manager/Director, you'll report directly to the Head of Product and lead a distributed team of four designers across global time zones. You'll work closely with product and engineering managers to drive strategic design initiatives that impact creators' success.
Ideal Candidate
5+ years of experience designing and shipping software for web, iOS, and Android, with some brand and marketing design experience.
A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
Experience managing designers, developing design systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
A passion for empowering creators, with a desire to help YouTube creators succeed.
Dynamic mentorship, supportive sponsorship, and motivational leadership skills.
