Product Coordinator

The role involves organizing trend research, managing samples, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operational flow throughout the product lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain global line sheets, data, and sales worksheets in Flex PLMWork with Marketing and Copywriting teams to execute seasonal product descriptions and maintain features and benefits each seasonEnsure style numbers, pricing, launch dates, and color codes are accurate and up to date in Flex PLM for all active seasonsAct as the point person for drops, adds, and line changes, communicating updates to cross-functional partnersCollect and analyze financial, marketing, and sales information throughout the product lifecycleSupport Product Line Managers with sample process, communication, and organization for meetings and milestonesOrganize line sheets, worksheets, and seasonal merchandising documents for meetings and team SharePointMaintain a database of seasonal trends, competitor data, and relevant market researchCollaborate with other Product Coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on key deliverablesCoordinate product rooms and samples with Development and PLM teamsSupport key events and milestone meetings, keeping the team on track with deliverablesSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience1–3 years of related experience in retail/wholesale, product line design/development, or merchandising (fashion footwear preferred)Experience performing administrative tasks, adhering to project calendars, and meeting deadlinesStrong business acumen and analytic ability to process complex dataProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic product merchandising conceptsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsKnowledgeable in current trends and innovative thinkerMotivated self-starter and team player with a positive attitudeExperience working in complex global organizations and managing competing prioritiesBenefitsCompetitive Pay and Bonuses - We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.Financial Planning and wellbeing - No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
