The role plays a critical part in supporting commercial performance by ensuring customers, distributors, and internal teams remain confident, compliant, and well-supported.This is a national, field-based role requiring frequent travel and regular overnight stays.Responsibilities: Line manage and develop a team of Product and Compliance Trainers through coaching, performance reviews, and objective settingDrive consistent trainer capability and performance through the SC Johnson Performance Management Process (PMP) process and SMART objectivesSupport effective journey planning, workload prioritisation, and act as an escalation point for operational issuesDeliver and oversee high-quality training across all product categories, distributors, and end usersEnsure training content, delivery, and outcomes remain compliant, consistent, and continuously improvedReview and analyse training performance data, feedback, and reporting to identify trends and drive improvementsMaintain oversight of Salesforce, HubSpot, e-learning platforms, and associated administrative processesAct as a key liaison between Training, Sales, and internal stakeholders, supporting projects and commercial growthExperience you’ll bring: Recognised training qualification and/or extensive training delivery experienceExperience supporting, coaching, or leading othersStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesAbility to analyse data and use insight to drive continuous improvementFull, clean driving licenceBehaviors you’ll need: Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsConfident decision-making and problem-solving abilitiesA coaching mindset with a passion for developing othersAdaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, changing environmentInclusion & Diversity We believe Inclusion and Diversity is more than a program.
