Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to lending workflows – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. Abrigo is looking for an experienced Product Build er to join our team and manage our third-party integrations for our fraud prevention & financial crimes products. As a Product Build er , you will be responsible for understanding the market and customer needs, developing product strategies, creating product roadmaps, and delivering successful products to market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure the product meets the needs of the organization and its customers. As a role within a high-growth company, the range of initiatives is dynamic and will provide exposure to multiple areas of the company. This role will report to the Director, Product Management . This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote. We are specifically looking for a product leader with experience in the payments ecosystem who is excited to build modern, API-driven platforms and bring an AI-first mindset to fraud and financial crimes. What You’ll Do: Own the product strategy and roadmap for Abrigo’s third-party integrations platform supporting fraud prevention and financial crimes solutions Define and evolve API-first capabilities, partner integrations, and data exchange frameworks that enable seamless connectivity across payment rails ( e.g., ACH, wires, RTP / FedNow ), online banking, core systems, and fintech partners Conduct market and customer research to identify integration opportunities, emerging fraud trends, and ecosystem gaps Partner with Engineering to design scalable, secure, and extensible integration architectures (APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems) Champion an AI-first approach to product development, identifying opportunities to improve integration workflows and fraud prevention capabilities Work cross-functionally to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define user stories with a focus on developer and partner experience Drive product delivery across the lifecycle, from concept through launch, adoption, and ongoing optimization Ensure the product meets regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to fraud prevention Build and manage relationships with payment networks, fintech partners, and third-party providers, driving a scalable and strategic integration ecosystem Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to define integration-led GTM strategies, partner positioning, and competitive differentiation Define and track KPIs such as API adoption, partner activation, transaction volume, integration reliability, and fraud decision performance Communicate roadmap progress, integration capabilities, and strategic direction to internal stakeholders and leadership What You’ll Need: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business , Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent years of experience 5+ years of product management experience, with preference for fraud, financial crimes, or fintech platforms Proven experience building or managing API-first platforms, integrations, or developer-facing products Experience in the payments ecosystem (e.g., ACH, wires, RTP, FedNow , processors, or payment fintechs ) Strong understanding of modern fraud prevention concepts, payment flows, and financial services infrastructure Experience collaborating with third-party partners, vendors, or developer platforms Demonstrated AI-first mindset with the ability to identify and apply AI/ML opportunities within product experiences, workflows, or decisioning systems Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense of ownership, curiosity, and drive to build and scale new capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and external partners Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to drive decisions and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Willingness to travel up to 30% What You’ll Get: Market competitive total rewards package To be part of the Heart & SOUL of a winning company with an inspiring mission The opportunity to Make Big Things Happen and have a real impact on customers and the company Competitive salary along with full health benefits with an HSA option Flexible PTO and bank holidays 401(k) plan and company match We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, age, genetic trait, sexual orientation, national origin, disability status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
