Owning and developing internal tools to enhance team productivity and streamline operations
Gathering requirements from various departments and translating them into technical specifications
Prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact and user needs
Designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for internal applications
Conducting user training sessions and creating documentation for internal tools
Analyzing usage data to identify optimization opportunities
Collaborating with developers to implement and test new features
Marketing and driving feature adoption of features
QualificationsTo connect with ecosio it is important to have…
2-4 years of experience in product management or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
Solid experience in product development, roadmap planning, and feature requirements writing
Strong collaboration skills with marketing, development, and internal teams
Advanced proficiency in project management and collaboration tools
Ability to identify market trends and conduct customer satisfaction surveys
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
And nice to have…
A technical background or education (HTL, FH, university,..)
Experience with development of project management or collaboration tools
Background in process improvement or automation
Knowledge of B2B software or EDI concepts
Previous experience in a tech company or startup environment
Interest in product management career development
