In this position, you will get a great overview key strategic products at Alan and you will have the chance to work with senior Alaners on topics that are instrumental to our success and grow exponentially with their guidance. Here is a non-exhaustive list of topics you could help us with: Insurance track: Accelerate the internalisation of key assets, launch strategic initiatives to improve our competitiveness, improving our claims experience Health track: Launch new exploratory health products within our ecosystem, accelerate finding product market fit for existing bets, deep dive on member needs Key operations: Support your team by running key processes on people, data, legal in order to keep our operations tight while we build the future You will work with a diverse product management team with members having previous experiences in Paris, New York, London and San Francisco both at established tech companies or in starting their own ⭐️ Is it what you are looking for? ⭐️ You may be a great fit at Alan if you have: Up to 2 years of experience in alternatively fast-paced startups/founded your own company/consulting/investment banking Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (Cursor, Lovable, Figma Make) to prototype, test, and sometimes ship solutions yourself Strong agency and ability to own well scoped but ambiguous explorations The ability to extract product insights from a limited set of data and qualitative feedback Strong written communication skills in internal- and external-facing settings The will to challenge the status quo in the insurance and healthcare industries and always looking for the extra-mile Growth mindset and ability to learn fast applied to new skills and new explorations (As a plus) Previous founder experience (As a plus) Technical background Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need , and it starts with our employees.
