Product and Engineering Manager - SaaS Applications (Austin, TX)

We are looking for a Product and Engineering Manager to lead the development of cloud-based SaaS applications using MVC C# .NET and MAUI mobile apps on Microsoft Azure. This position offers a fast-track path to Director of Engineering and VP of Engineering, with the opportunity to shape product roadmaps, lead engineering teams, ensure code quality, and drive timely releases. Responsibilities • Lead a team of .NET MVC and MAUI developers building Azure-hosted SaaS products • Collect feature requests and feedback from customer service, sales, and key clients • Collaborate with senior architects to refine requirements and technical direction • Create, prioritize, and assign tasks in Jira; track progress and remove blockers • Enforce code review workflows (peer review followed by team lead review) • Test completed features to ensure functional and UX requirements are met • Coordinate with DevOps to ensure timely, stable, and regular releases • Evaluate staffing needs, collaborate with internal recruiters, and support hiring • Drive product improvements to stay competitive and aligned with market needs Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field • 6–10 years of software development or engineering leadership experience • Strong background in C# .NET, MVC architecture, and Azure cloud services • Experience managing or building MAUI or cross-platform mobile applications • Proven ability to manage backlogs, Jira workflows, and release schedules • Strong understanding of code quality, peer review processes, and SDLC • Excellent communication and ability to work with cross-functional teams (sales, support, dev, DevOps) • Strategic mindset with ability to shape product direction and team structure Job Benefits • Retirement fund contribution • Paid vacation Compensation $120,000 - $300,000 per year (commensurate with experience) Application Process • Reply with your resume (PDF or Word) to jobs.2019 (at) jollytech.com with subject “JOL-PEM-TX-122525” • Include your desired salary • List 3-5 concise bullet points highlighting your top strengths and measurable achievements Apply tot his job
