As a product team, we drive the adoption and enhancement of this platform in collaboration with consumer teams across various business verticals (Payments, Lending, Insurance, Recharges, etc.) and functions (growth, risk, data science).About the Role:We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Central Data Product team, contributing to our analytics initiatives.Key Responsibilities:- Support the day-to-day creation of analytical datasets for consumers.- Collaborate with business teams to understand their data and analytical requirements.- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure business needs are met through effective feature development.- Contribute to the development and optimization of big data architecture and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.- Facilitate data analytics processes to support reporting, metric generation, and machine learning feature creation.- Understanding of big data architecture and data pipelines for real-time and batch processing and data warehouse- Assist in achieving short-term and long-term product growth goals.Requirements:- Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation.- Experience with big data visualization tools such as Looker (preferred), Tableau, or PowerBI.- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum and Kanban methodologies.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changes.- Understanding of exploratory data analytics and machine learning process is a plusPreferred Qualifications:- 1 - 3 years of experience working as a data / product analyst.- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a comparable discipline is required, with prior experience in data analysis or a related field being advantageous.Why join us?
