In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
ā¢ Provide effective technical support to customers for online banking and related services.
ā¢ Diagnose and resolve product issues using diagnostic tools and collaborate with engineering teams.
ā¢ Enhance and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
ā¢ Serve as a customer advocate, offering feedback and suggesting improvements.
ā¢ Identify opportunities to improve support processes and workflows.

This role requires you to have:
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent experience.
ā¢ 3+ years of product support experience, preferably in fintech.
ā¢ Proficiency in software application troubleshooting.
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills.
