Product Analyst Mid or Senior

As aproduct analyston the Personal Lines Auto team, you'll conduct research and analysis that supports the profitability and growth of our auto product. You'll work on all aspects of the product that drive our auto results. Additionally, you'll assess monthly performance, identify segmentation opportunities, explore underlying drivers of market trends, support product revisions and updates, and share findings with business partners. Hybrid preferred in the Cleveland, OH or Austin, TX area, but open to remote. Must-have qualifications • A minimum of 4 years of analytical work experience. • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 3 years of analytical work experience. • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of 1 year analytical work experience. Preferred skills • Prior Insurance experience in an analytical role. • Excellent communication and relationship building skills with strong focus on customer service. • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills with the ability to draw conclusions • Knowledge of Excel including the ability to create, manipulate and formulate spreadsheets - including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts and graphing • Technical aptitude and experience in data manipulation and coding using tools such as SQL, SAS, R and Python Compensation • $65,500 - $105,600 / year depending on position level and experience • Gainshare annual cash incentive program up to 24 - 30% (depending on position level) of your eligible earnings, based on company performance.
