Key Responsibilities

Ā Sales Production: Actively originate and close mortgage loans, maintaining personal production goals while supporting your team.
Ā Compliance: Ensure all branch activities comply with federal and state regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
Ā Performance Monitoring: Track and report on branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless mortgage process for clients.
Qualifications
Ā Licensing: Must be actively licensed in multiple states and have held licenses for at least 2 of the last 4 years.
Ā Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Ā Remote Work: Proven ability to effectively manage a team and achieve goals in a virtual work environment.
Ā Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
