Our client, a leading organization in the gaming and entertainment industry, is seeking a Producer 4 to join their team. As a Producer 4, you will be part of the Casual Games Department supporting the management and delivery of popular titles like Solitaire and Mahjong. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to project coordination, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Producer 4 Location:100% Remote - 12 month contract with possibility of extension Pay Range: 43-47/hr + Benefits What's the Job? • Assist with project planning, sprint execution, and milestone tracking using Azure DevOps. • Coordinate across development, QA, advertising operations, and localization teams to ensure timely delivery of game features and updates. • Manage shared services between different production teams. • Maintain and edit various game setting files for QA and Production CDNs. • Facilitate daily standups, retrospectives, and planning sessions; maintain clear documentation and reporting. What's Needed? • 3+ years of experience in game production, project management, or program management roles working with internal and external teams. • Strong proficiency with managing game development workflows, including work item tracking, reporting, and automation. • Familiarity with advertising technologies and casual games. • Experience coordinating with QA teams and working in Agile/Scrum environments. • Experience with process automation tools and excellent stakeholder management skills.
