Skills?: • Sourcing experience • Negotiations • Contracting/ contracting facilitations • Facilitating projects • Ability to build business case analytics Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with Ariba Disqualifiers: • Big unexplained gaps • Needs to have a consistant resumes • Just buyer focused work / not enough sourcing experience • No supply chain experience Additional Skills & Qualifications: If come from food and beverage or larger retail firm would be a bonus. Experience with Ariba software and if have MBA in Supply Chain would be a bonus and looking for 3-5 yrs plus experience.
