Procurement Manager – Packaging & Ingredients – Remote My client, an industry leading global food manufacturing company is seeking a Procurement Manager to join their dynamic team. This position will be remote and will have 1 direct report. Below is a summary of the position: Responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies for packaging, dry ingredients, and produce to support safety, quality, and cost goals. Leads end-to-end sourcing activities, including MRP-based purchasing, inventory optimization, supplier performance management, contracts, and RFPs. Partners cross-functionally with Supply Planning, R&D, QA, Sales, and Operations to support production and new product development. Drives cost reduction, process improvement, and quality initiatives. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree is required; Supply Chain or Business major is preferred • 5+ years of packaging and ingredients procurement experience • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in MS Office; MRP experience preferred • Strong communication skills; up to 20% travel • Ability to work independently My client is offering a generous compensation package and growth potential in a progressive environment. #LI-JM1 Apply tot his job
