Procurement Category Manager - Professional Services (Poznań, wielkopolskie, PL, 60-479)
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading end‑to‑end sourcing, contracting and supplier management for the Professional Services and Fleet categories, ensuring cost‑efficient execution, continuity of supply and delivery of savings.
Acting as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders, translating functional and operational needs into structured and commercially sound sourcing strategies across multiple European markets.
Owning category strategy, budgets and savings delivery, ensuring governance, contracting discipline and system‑driven procurement processes.
Challenging demand, specifications and existing ways of working to elevate Procurement towards a value‑shaping and performance‑driven function.
Leading RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, negotiations and contracting activities via Coupa, ensuring compliance with Pepco standards.
Managing strategic suppliers to secure performance, capacity, cost control, innovation and continuous improvement.
Delivering annual savings targets, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring sourcing results translate into tangible P&L impact.
Building a resilient supplier ecosystem and mitigating risks related to cost fluctuations, service delivery and cross‑market continuity.
Supporting ESG objectives through more sustainable and responsible solutions within the Fleet and Professional Services categories.
Using analytics, systems and market insights to challenge assumptions and drive improved commercial outcomes.
Required experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
5–10+ years of experience in procurement or relevant business roles, ideally within retail or FMCG.
Strong understanding of:• Fleet management, leasing, insurance and vehicle servicing• Professional Services market dynamics
Proven experience in procurement processes, contract management and strategic negotiations.
Experience working in multi‑market environments.
Strong analytical skills, business‑oriented mindset and focus on cost optimisation.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to handle complex supplier relationships.
Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach, comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Familiarity with AI‑supported procurement tools is an advantage.
Ability to work remotely with availability to travel to Poznań/Warsaw as required.
