What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Recommend process/customer service improvements, policy changes, and major variations from established policy
- Develop documentation to support system sourcing initiatives and contract models
- Configure ad-hoc reports from Oracle and GHX to meet sourcing initiative requirements
- Maintain and update monthly dashboards for the purchasing area
- Evaluate purchase history and cost variances to explain changes in supply expenses
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Procurement, Computer Science, or Related Field
- 3 Years of Experience in Supply Chain Management or Applications/Analytics in a Medium to Large Organization
- Active membership with AHRMM or must obtain membership within 90 days of hire
- Advanced Excel and/or report writing skills
- Proficiency using Oracle/PeopleSoft or related procurement software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as a Supply Chain Analyst in a healthcare organization
