As a Processor, Payment, you will process and administer insolvency-related information, review payment batches, and maintain relationships within the insolvency industry. Responsibilities Process and administer Insolvency related information onto Insolvency Link software Review and balances payments batches with a high degree of accuracy ensuring set service level agreements and audit requirements are met Maintain set service level agreements, meet audit requirements set out by clients Analyses documentation received from Trustees and actions according to set client processes and guidelines Utilize client’s proprietary software systems as required Build and maintain relationships within the Insolvency industry Skills Demonstrated experience (1-2 years) in the Insolvency industry, Collections, Litigation or Insolvency "Passion to Serve" Customer focus, self-motivated, assertive and able to learn quickly Demonstrated experience exercising sound judgment when analyzing problems by identifying the severity of the problem and the potential impacts of alternative solutions Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to interface effectively with a team and the ability to work independently Strong data entry skills Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, detail oriented Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, work in a fast-paced environment with exceptional data entry and accuracy Flexibility to adapt to a changing environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet Explorer) Bilingual (French) language skills would be an asset Benefits Comprehensive benefits that include Employee and Family Assistance Program (EFAP) and Wellness Essentials Group retirement savings plan with company match Paid holidays and generous paid time off Hybrid work arrangements Paid volunteer opportunities and charitable donation matching Employee recognition programs that include referral incentives Potential for performance-based incentives The opportunity to participate in our stock purchase plan And more!
