Processing Floor Lead - 1st shift

Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production. Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Processing Floor Lead to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.
SHIFT HOURS: Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm.
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.50-$19.50 with a potential increase after 90 days.
PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided. Job functions include:
Lead the egg processing operation during production.
Establish production schedules for an efficient production while meeting quality standards and delivery requirements.
Meet operation goals while complying with internal and external safety and environmental requirements.
Requirements
Must be 18 years of age.
2 years of experience with food processing is preferred.
Must be organized, have well written and verbal communication skills, as well as good human relations skills.
