We're scaling fast and need someone to build the operational systems that make it possible.The RoleYour job is to look at what the team does manually, and automate thingsYou'll map out our workflows, identify the repetitive parts, and build systems that handle them — using AI tools, workflow automation, and smart spreadsheet models. The key constraint: everything you build needs to be maintainable by non-technical team members. If something breaks, an account manager should be able to fix it, not just you.That means we favour no-code/low-code tools over pure code. Zapier and n8n over Python scripts. Claude and ChatGPT interfaces over custom API builds. Google Sheets over databases. When code is genuinely needed, it should be simple, documented, and the last resort.What You'll DoAudit existing team workflows and identify what can be automated, systematised, or eliminatedBuild automations using Zapier, n8n, or similar workflow tools — connecting our platforms, triggering actions, moving data between systems without manual interventionUse AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) extensively — both through the frontend interfaces and via API integrations where needed — to automate content generation, data processing, analysis, and reporting tasksBuild configurable Excel/Sheets models — scoring engines, decision frameworks, dashboards, templates — where every input is a variable and nothing is hardcodedTake raw data from client systems (ERPs, ad platforms, e-commerce channels) and clean, structure, and transform it into something the team can act onDesign standardised reporting templates and automated pipelines across all clientsWrite clear SOPs and documentation so anyone on the team can use, update, and troubleshoot your tools without technical knowledgeContinuously look for new AI tools, automations, and workflow improvements — this space moves fast and we want to stay aheadRequirementsWhat You NeedHands-on experience with workflow automation tools — Zapier, n8n, Make, or similarHeavy user of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) — both frontend and API.
