Get to know us at genpact.com and on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and Facebook.Inviting applications for the role of Process Associate, Fraud Alert Management Contact CenterIn this role, we require someone with knowledge and experience in Fraud prevention and detection.Responsibilities· [A successful candidate will remain up to date on changing fraud trends.· When unable to resolve problems in a reasonable amount of time, escalates to appropriate resource.· Meets job standards such as quality standards and adherence to schedules.· Debit, Credit, Prepaid Debit, ATM, and Health Care Fraud Support focus:· Verifies authorizations via return calls from cardholders.· Contacts financial institutions regarding suspicious cardholder activities.· Resolves suspicious phone calls transferred from Customer Service.· Participates in special project or requests made by management.· Responsible for ensuring adherence to all operations and compliance procedures.· Requires flexibility in scheduling to meet department demands.· Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications· High school diploma or GED.· Knowledge of principles, processes, procedures and trends related to fraudulent activities, and measures taken for fraud prevention.· Excellent customer service skills that build upon customer satisfaction.· Working knowledge of MS Office, e.g., Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Basic computer navigation and operation skills.· Effective verbal and written communication skills.· Detail-oriented with good organizational skills· Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing demands.· Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.· Ability to maintain confidentiality.· This position requires 24/7, 365 days a year coverage.
