Job Summary As a trusted business advisor to clients in the construction and real estate development industries, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to assess organizational needs and help them navigate complex changes by aligning organizational goals with effectives processes and enabling technology. Responsibilities Responsibilities • Lead and support current-state assessments, process mapping, and future-state design for clients in construction and real estate development. • Facilitation and support digital transformation initiatives with a focus on optimizing people, process, and technology. • Develop and deliver client-ready presentations, reports, and recommendations. • Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions. • Contribute to project planning, risk mitigation, and change management strategies. • Support the development of new service offerings and internal methodologies. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in management consulting, preferably with a focus on digital transformation or enterprise systems. • Strong understanding of the construction or real estate development industries. • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable insights. • Demonstrated ability to analyze business challenges and design integrated solutions across people, process, and technology. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities. • Willingness to travel up to 25% to client sites. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with ERP, HRIS, or Construction Management software • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus. • Experience with data analytics and reporting tools, preferred. • Experience supporting implementations (systems or change initiatives), preferred. • Experience with industry specific ERPs such as Sage Intacct, CMIC, Trimble Vista/Viewpoint, Foundations, Acumatica, Microsoft F&OS, and others. • Strong knowledge of construction operational tools such as Procore, Autodesk, Bluebeam, Builder, etc. Alaina Lister, from our recruiting team, will be guiding you through this process. The estimated base pay range for this role is $88,000 to $118,000 with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
