Proactive Research Assistant Needed for Data Analysis and Academic Writing
I am looking for a Research Assistant to support projects in survey/instrument development and medical education research.
Key requirements:
Experience in research methods (quantitative & qualitative), including mixed-methods approaches
Skills in data analysis (Excel/SPSS), data cleaning, and basic statistics
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, dashboards)
Familiarity with survey development and validation (CVI, reliability, EFA)
Experience with literature reviews (systematic/scoping) and PRISMA processes
Strong academic writing skills in English
Experience using reference management tools (EndNote/Mendeley)
Ability to support project coordination (IRB, timelines, documentation, follow-ups)
Ability to translate data into clear reports and presentations
Preferred:
Experience supporting research publications
Role nature & compensation:
This is a project-based role under direct supervision until publication. I will provide guidance, direction, and required materials, and we will work collaboratively to complete each project efficiently.
Compensation: USD 400 per project/publication, based on completion and quality of deliverables.
