PRN Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) Opening Near Granger, WA for 25/26 School Year

We are partnering with a school in the Granger, Washington area to find a PRN Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) for the school year. We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable candidate interested in helping students in grades K - 12th to join our Special Education team! Requirements: • Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing • Must have active RN Washington License or a Compact License • Must pass WA Sate fingerprint requirements • Previous experience pediatric or school-based preferred, but not required Position Details: • 25/26 School Year • PRN, variable hours • Caseload: K - 12th grade, specifics will be discussed during the interview process • Pay Range: $35 - $50 per hour, depending on previous experience General Responsibilities: • Update individual health plans for students • Coordinate and oversee health services within the school, including managing the health office, maintaining student health records, and ensuring compliance with health regulations and policies. • Assess and provide immediate care for students and staff who are injured or ill during school hours. • Administer first aid, dispense medications, and implement emergency protocols as necessary. • Communicate with parents, guardians, and emergency medical services as required.
