Private Vocal Coach
### Job Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and passionate vocal coaches and teachers to join our team. As a team member of The School of Voice, you will have the opportunity to educate and inspire talent while fostering intellectual and social development. This is a rewarding position that requires strong communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to create a positive learning environment.
Note: We LOVE performing musicians. If you did not attend a music school or have formal music training experience, we want you to reach out. We are looking for passionate musicians to work with our students and will offer competitive compensation to have you as a part of our team. We need teachers who have experience in all genres and styles. Looking particularly for pop, r&b, country, singer/songwriter, rock, and musical theatre. Please note if you are an active performing musician or have experience auditioning with talent shows (ie: American Idol, The Voice, AGT, etc.).
### Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create engaging and interactive learning experiences for students
- Provide instruction in singing, singing techniques, stage performance, and more.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their musical performance
- Utilize technology and multimedia resources to enhance instruction
### Qualifications:
- Musical Background
- Experience performing
- Experience working with students or children in an educational setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
- Proficiency in using educational technology tools and resources
