The position is listed as remote but lessons are conducted in-person with athletes near you. Wherever you’re based across the country, we’ll help you find local athletes and grow your coaching business! This role is perfect for current/former college and pro athletes, college/high school/club coaches, and experienced private trainers. It’s also a great fit for anyone with a strong sports background who loves working with kids and wants to make a difference through coaching. What You’ll Do • Run 1:1 and small group lessons - from beginner to advanced levels • Set your own rates (typically ranges anywhere from $50–$100/hour) • Choose your availability and training location (parks, fields, courts, indoor, etc.) • Use our platform tools for all communication, scheduling, and payments • Build long-term relationships with athletes and families • Commit to being active on the platform for at least 12 months (it can take a few weeks for new coaches to gain real traction - success doesn't happen overnight!) What We Provide • Built-In Marketing : We promote your profile to athletes who are actively searching for private coaching - so you can focus on training, not finding clients. • Powerful Tech: Our platform simplifies scheduling, payments, and communication - everything you need to run and grow your coaching business in one place. • Insurance Coverage: We carry professional and GL insurance covering our coaches for their services. You're only covered for lessons booked on our platform. • Flexible Scheduling: Set your own hours, availability, and training location. Whether you want to coach after work, on weekends, or full-time, it’s completely up to you. • Great Pay: keep 80% of every booking. No hidden fees and we put our 20% cut towards helping you grow! • Dedicated Support: We back you with tools, resources, and client support - helping you turn each client into long-term coaching relationships. The AU average is 10+ lessons per client! Important Requirements • Minimum 5 hours/week availability • Must respond promptly to booking inquiries (ideally within a few hours) • All payments and messaging must be handled via the platform • Coaches must process their sessions in the app calendar to receive payment Ready to Start?
