Growth & Guidance counseling is a Therapy Private Practice- practicing holistic care while taking mental health to the next level.
Are you looking to join a practice that wants to work towards taking mental health to the next level by providing quality counseling therapy and other wellness services, clinical supervision, case consultation, and a supportive fun environment to enhance your growth as a clinician?
.Growth & Guidance Counseling is currently seeking new Therapists that can practice well independently with clients. We specialize in providing medical and mental health support. We ensure that our clients receive counseling therapy along with having a Primary care doctor (PCP) and other medical referrals as needed.
.Therapist must be licensed as LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT preferred in the state of Florida
.LSW accepted
. Work remote and safely
. Own a laptop
.Therapist must have professional personal liability insurance to practice independently.
.Therapist should be credentialed in-network on major insurance panels such as (BCBS), but not mandatory.
. Therapist must be open to using all HIPPA approved Telehealth systems.
.Therapist can see at least 15 or more clients and eventually grown their own caseload.
.Must be open to seeing individuals, adults, adolescent, children, couples, and families
.Must be compassionate, empathetic, willing to work collaboratively with other clinicians and staff.
.Must have knowledge and experience with at least CBT, Strengths-based, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused
.Must be comfortable with technology as we are mostly a paperless practice.
.Therapist specialty is a plus! (i.e CBT, EMDR, etc...)
.Participates in quarterly team meetings
. Full-time 30+hours at least 25 clients
.Part-time minimum 12-15 hours/week

Education:
Master's degree (required)
Licensed: LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, LSW, PsyD
