Job Overview
We are seeking experienced and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide exceptional care to our clients in the Bay Area. As a Private Duty LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, each with unique needs and requirements. Our clients pay privately for services, and we expect our clinicians to deliver the highest quality care.

Responsibilities
As a Private Duty LVN, you will be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional care to clients, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, and transportation to appointments
Providing skilled nursing services as prescribed by the client and their doctor, within your scope of practice
Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, according to referral agency policy and procedure
Communicating effectively with clients, families, doctors, and our office team
Coordinating supplies and equipment necessary for client care
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must:
Hold a current LVN license in the state of California
Have at least 2 years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
Hold current CPR/BLS certification
Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Be reliable, dependable, and punctual
Have basic computer skills and technical proficiency
Be eligible to work in the United States
