Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday: 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Friday – Saturday: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time | Hourly | Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $24.49/hour

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Services Associate – Print to manage high-volume print production and ensure flawless execution of critical materials such as pitch books, presentations, and client deliverables. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong print operations experience and a commitment to quality and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage high-volume print production of client-facing materials
• Operate and maintain digital and offset printing equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure output accuracy and consistency
• Coordinate binding, finishing, and timely delivery of documents
• Handle scanning, copying, and document prep requests
• Maintain an efficient and organized print workflow under tight deadlines
• Support additional office services functions as needed, including mailroom support, supply management, and special projects
Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional print production
• Prior experience in corporate, legal, or banking environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of high-volume printers, copiers, and finishing equipment
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on quality control
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with a team
