Principal/Staff Software Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Principal/Staff Software Engineer to join our Salesforce team. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions for our customers.The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering. In addition, the candidate should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycles, engineering best practices, and a demonstrated passion for technology. They should also have strong written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:
? Design, develop and maintain software solutions for customers
? Implement software development lifecycles and engineering best practices
? Collaborate with team members to ensure successful software development
? Troubleshoot and debug software issues
? Develop documentation and specifications as necessary
? Stay current on relevant technologies
? Follow established coding standards and development processes
? Ensure software meets requirements and is of high quality
? Test software to ensure reliability and performance
? Provide technical support and assistance to team members
