Responsibilities
Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Division (Hexagon) is seeking a Principal Strategy & Enablement Consultant to lead the operational coordination of Hexagons strategic initiatives within our Portfolio Strategy & Enablement (PSE) function. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
Design and ongoing management of the tracking system in Wrike
Tracking and reporting of all initiatives, with the escalation of major risks, achievements and/or concerns
Quality control to ensure data quality and proper context
Ensuring actions related to initiatives are being executed per the plan/schedule
Performance monitoring
Tracking and reporting of the top priorities against established baseline metrics
Oversight of metrics analysis to ensure appropriate conclusions and recommended actions are assessed quarterly
Management Reporting
Standards for and oversight of the production of PSEs management outputs for:
Monthly Management Meetings
QBR (for Corporate and Regional reviews)
MTFP
Ad-Hoc Requests
Education / Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree, or commensurate, documented experience in a role with similar responsibilities.
Minimum 5 years experience with the operational coordination of multiple, cross-functional programs;
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
A self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented mindset
Ability to travel 10%
