About the position This role is a senior technical position responsible for designing, delivering, and implementing complex data solutions for healthcare and social care environments. You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and third-party partners, guiding them through data discovery, interpretation, and solution execution. The position requires translating complex datasets into actionable insights, resolving intricate data challenges, and ensuring the accuracy and scalability of solutions. You will collaborate across multiple internal and external teams, influence roadmap priorities, and mentor junior analysts. Success in this role depends on combining deep technical expertise with strong communication and problem-solving skills in large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects. Responsibilities • Lead customer-facing meetings to gather requirements, review data structures, and guide solution design • Serve as the primary technical liaison with external partners, including payers and data vendors • Investigate and resolve complex data inquiries, ensuring root-cause analysis and actionable next steps • Analyze healthcare and social care datasets, including claims, eligibility files, and member/provider rosters • Define data requirements, mapping documents, validation rules, and transformation logic • Identify data quality issues, structural variances, and integration gaps, recommending solutions for accuracy and reliability • Architect scalable data integration and transformation solutions aligned with customer needs • Provide technical leadership across delivery teams and support onboarding, testing, and deployment activities • Influence product and solution roadmaps through insights on customer trends, challenges, and opportunities • Contribute to internal documentation, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives • Mentor analysts in data analysis techniques, solution strategies, and customer engagement best practices Requirements • 8–10+ years of experience in data analysis, data integration, solution delivery, or technical consulting within healthcare, social care, or related domains • Hands-on experience with healthcare file formats, including claims (837), eligibility files (834), member and provider rosters, and encounters/utilization data • Strong understanding of social care data, service taxonomies, and cross-sector workflows • Advanced SQL skills (Postgres, Snowflake, or equivalent) • Proven ability to lead customer meetings and engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience collaborating with third parties to resolve data structure, format, or integration issues • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex, multi-source data solutions Nice-to-haves • Familiarity with coding standards such as ICD, CPT, and HCPCS • Experience in value-based care, population health analytics, or outcomes measurement • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail • Experience mentoring or leading junior analysts Benefits • Competitive salary: $140,000–$160,000 USD, dependent on skills and location • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, including mental health and virtual visits • Flexible time off, volunteer days, mental health days, and 14 paid company-wide holidays • Paid parental leave, including for adoptive parents • Participation in Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) • Tax-advantaged accounts: Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and commuter benefits • 401(k) with employer match and financial wellness resources • Life and AD&D insurance, disability coverage, accident insurance, and pet insurance • Remote work setup with company-provided equipment Apply tot his job
