Position Overview:Blue Yonder is seeking a highly skilled Principal Solutions Advisor to join our innovative team. This senior role involves providing strategic guidance and expert advice on supply chain solutions to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Blue Yonder’s product suite and a proven ability to translate customer requirements into compelling solutions that drive business value. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has established us as a trusted partner to leading brands in retail, manufacturing, and logistics.Location: US-Remote with the ability to travel up to 50%What You'll Do:Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Blue Yonder’s supply chain solutionsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and objectives, developing tailored solutions that drive valueLead solution design and architecture efforts for complex, cross-product implementationsWork with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions, aligning with client expectations and business goalsStay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to enhance Blue Yonder’s offeringsPrepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients and stakeholdersParticipate in client review meetings to assess performance, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvementWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, product advisory, or consultative roles within the supply chain software industryManagement or team lead experience preferredStrong understanding of supply chain concepts and Blue Yonder solutionsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skillsProven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to enterprise clientsKnowledge of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics technologies as they apply to supply chain optimizationProficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data integration toolsFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and ConfluenceAbility to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events*LI-HB1#LI-Remote-------------------------------------------The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
