BILL moves ~1% of the US GDP and is at the forefront of transforming business finance for SMBs. BILL is searching for a new product leader in our AP onboarding space, who is focused on ensuring that customers can signup, get started with, and ultimately gain value from BILL from the moment they step foot in the product. As a Principal Product Manager in the Onboarding space at BILL, you will:Join as a leader of the product organization for AP, AR, and accountant experiencesOwn product onboarding - helping our customers seamlessly signup, start using, and grow with BILL over time. Be a senior individual contributor responsible for the end-to-end customer experience from signup through the first 90 days of the customer’s user experience. Be responsible for ensuring that customers discover value and engage with BILL, driving their conversion and early retention with the products.Lead the strategy, development, and execution of product onboarding at BILL.Work closely with design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful features that meet customer needs and enable our go-to-market teams.Define and track key performance metrics and success criteria, using data to make informed decisions that propel our product forward.Partner with UX/UI designers to craft intuitive and engaging user experiences that delight our customers and drive adoption and retention.Advocate for our customers’ needs throughout the product development process, ensuring we always keep their best interests at heart.We’d love to chat if you have:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.10+ years of product management experience.Proven track record of successfully launching and managing B2B products.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to product management.Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.Passion for innovation, with a demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically about product opportunities and challenges.Prior experience in the financial technology (FinTech) industry is a plus.Visa Sponsorship: Please note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above.
