Job Highlights: Location: Bentonville, USA (with remote work options) Start Date: Immediate openings available Company: Walmart Compensation: A competitive salary of $20 - $30 per hour Position: Principal Product Manager Job Description: As a Principal Product Manager at Walmart, you will be responsible for leading the Omni Space and Draw group. This team drives the item portfolio that supports our efforts to ensure that we have the right products in the right place at the right time in our stores. You will be responsible for setting up the 4 in the case ecosystem, implementing and driving the common ways of working and product outlook centered around client centricity, data-driven decisions, agile practices, and helping the team become a high-performing unit delivering value to our clients and internal customers. Key Responsibilities: Creating and upgrading products - you will manage product guides, balance business and technical needs, analyze customer and product data, transform customer insights into actionable steps, determine rollout strategies, and manage risks Defining vision and strategies for your product, utilizing space capability, internal and external best practices, identifying market opportunities, building business cases, and supporting objectives Building collaborative relationships with key partners by driving priorities aligned to business objectives, communicating and prioritizing product guides, and gaining support from senior leadership Providing overall direction by analyzing business objectives and customer needs Leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve product goals and objectives Developing and maintaining product roadmaps, product guides, and business cases Analyzing customer and product data to inform product decisions Collaborating with engineering teams to develop and implement product solutions Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry Strong understanding of product management principles, including customer centricity, data-driven decision-making, and agile practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills Ability to analyze complex data sets and inform product decisions Experience with product development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field Experience with cloud-based technologies and data analytics tools Familiarity with retail operations and supply chain management Certification in product management, such as CSPO or CPMP Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders Strong understanding of customer needs and market trends Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong business acumen and ability to make data-driven decisions Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Walmart, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
