All of our growth has been organic, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand. About the roleWe’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to lead the design of Pulley’s AI initiatives. You'll be responsible for shaping what our AI offering looks and feels like - from building a brand-new, AI-native product from scratch to embedding AI deeply into our existing product suite.This is an opportunity to rethink how startups run—from equity management to cross-functional business processes—through the lens of AI. You’ll work alongside a small, fast-moving team to define and deliver an entirely new experience, focused on what equity and company operations look like in a world of AI-native tools and agent-led workflows.
