Principal Portfolio Manager | Distribution

Remote Full-time
As a Principal Portfolio Manager you will oversee the success of a portfolio of ERP implementation projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, optimizing implementation time to value, and mitigating portfolio risks. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to both clients, customer C-Suite / Executives and Epicor Program/Project Managers, leading customer escalations, and monitoring and reporting on project KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. If you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and are passionate about driving results through collaboration and strategic oversight—this is the role for you.

What you will be doing:
• Act as the primary liaison for Professional Services, conducting regular meetings to maintain client relationships and scope service offerings
• Lead successful ERP implementation projects as the primary sponsor, collaborating across Epicor teams and functions to ensure positive outcomes
• Support Project Managers in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and best practices to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Participate in and lead Project Kickoff, Planning, Milestone, and Steering Team meetings both remotely and on-site
• Address escalated client concerns from inception to resolution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
• Compile and review project health metrics, overseeing strategic decisions related to project margin and resource allocation
• Assist Sales with client references, pre-sales presentations, and service planning while identifying and managing project risks

What you will likely bring:
• 8+ years of extensive enterprise-level project management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge, including 3+ years of Distribution industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in ERP software implementation required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasionally work at client sites

Range:
Minimum: $120,000 USD Maximum: $204,000 USD

The salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
