Your Impact
At OpenText, this role is more than just numbers—it’s about shaping the financial future of a global tech leader. As a Principal Financial Analyst on our FP&A team, you’ll play a key role in making strategic decisions that power the success of our Engineering and Security Products organizations. Your insights and analysis will directly influence how we allocate resources, invest in innovation, and grow our business.
This role combines core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities with advanced data modeling and analytics. The individual will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting, while also leading the development of robust data models to support decision making. A significant focus will be on designing and building interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, translating complex datasets into clear business insights. The role also involves developing detailed business cases, including financial modeling, scenario analysis, and ROI assessments, to support strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate bridges finance and data, leveraging analytical tools to drive performance, improving visibility, and informing executive decision making.
In this high-impact role, you’ll work with autonomy, collaborate across departments, and navigate input from multiple stakeholders. If you’re a self-starter with strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving complex problems in a fast-moving environment, you’ll thrive here—and help us do the same.
