Key Responsibilities: Principal ERP Recruitment Consultant in California
• Develop, lead, and execute strategic recruitment campaigns across NetSuite-related platforms, acting as a trusted advisor for both clients and candidates.
• Build and manage strong, long-lasting relationships with senior stakeholders in Finance, IT, and business transformation.
• Engage in business development activities to expand our client portfolio throughout California and the broader US market.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Source, qualify, and present high-calibre ERP professionals for permanent and interim roles using advanced sourcing methods and the latest recruitment technology.
